Vitamin D and Fertility

Did you know Vitamin D deficiency can have a significant impact on the fertility of both men and women?

So, how do ensure you get enough?

Vitamin D is available to us in two ways:

Sun exposure (I am not encouraging a sunburn!)

Food sources (it can be naturally found in oily fish, egg yolks, shiitake mushrooms)
